This is our lowest-priced solution and a smart alternative to handling your case alone. If you have an uncontested case, simply tell us what your agreement is and we will prepare all the necessary Florida divorce forms you need to successfully file your Florida “Dissolution of Marriage” case on your own.
All Florida divorce papers will be prepared by a Florida licensed attorney – No notaries or paralegals. Feel confident that all the necessary forms and information as requested by you will be adequately included on the forms as required by law.
Once the Florida divorce papers are complete, they will be emailed to you. You shall receive everything needed to file an uncontested divorce in Florida.
Next you will need to get your papers filed with the Clerk of Courts in the County you live in. If you have not reached an agreement with your spouse in terms of assets and custody, a mediation conference will be scheduled by the court. If you filed your agreements together with your Petition package then a final hearing will be scheduled.

This option includes preparation of all your Florida divorce papers by a licensed attorney as instructed by you in our questionnaire. This includes the Petition, Summons, UCCJEA, Child Support Worksheet and all other supplemental documents required to file a divorce in Florida.
***These packages do NOT include the Marital Settlement Agreement (division of assets and debt), Parenting Plan or Financial Affidavit . We will prepare these additional documents as instructed by you for an additional fee.
