- In 1994, I graduated from Bentley University with a bachelors in Finance.
- In 2001 Graduated from law school.
- In 2001, admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico and to the U.S. District Court, First Circuit.
- In 2007, admitted to practice law in the state of California and to the US District Court of Southern California.
- In 2012, admitted to practice law in Florida and got certified as a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.
My legal experience covers a wide range personal representation matters with a focus on Family Law, Wills/ Trust and Immigration Law. The Divorce process could be a long, emotional and an expensive process to navigate. Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage in Florida
In Florida, in an Uncontested divorce, the parties must have agreed to everything, meaning nothing is left for the Judge to decide. We draft the paperwork, marital settlement agreement, parenting plan, and child support guidelines. The documents are filed in court and then attend a quick hearing for the Final Judgment. This is all for a flat fee.
